Ingredients
Vegan, Gluten free, Paleo
- 1 Banana, ripe frozen
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 1 1/2 cups Kale
- 1 Lemon, peel removed, small
- 1 cup Pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp Spirulina
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 handful Ice
Method
Preparation time : 5 mins
Add all the above ingredients to a blender and process for 5 mins or until the mixture is at the desired consistency.

- 1 cup Silk almond milk
- 2 tbsp Honey, raw
- 1/2 cup Orange juice, fresh
Method
Preparation time: 3 mins.
Combine all the above ingredients in a blender and process for 3 mins or until desired consistency is reached.
